Purpose:

To consider a one year extension to an existing Framework Agreement For Welfare Adaptation for Council Owned Properties within Bolsover District Council

Decision:

To agree to a 1 year’s extension to the existing framework contract for the provision of Welfare Adaptations for Bolsover District Council Housing Repairs Section from 3rd September 2020 to 3rd September 2021.

Reasons for the decision:

The contractor’s performance of the past 2 years has been reviewed and concluded that the performance level was good, justifying an extension to the contract. Some comments have been received from Members on minor performance issues which will be monitored over the next year. The Portfolio Holder has also been consulted and she has agreed to the extension.
