Moved by Councillor Duncan Haywood and seconded by Councillor John Ritchie RESOLVED to note the minutes of the following meetings of Council as a true record:

(1)  the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 21^st May 2025; and

          (2) Annual Council held on 21^st May 2025.
