Decision:
RESOLVED that 1) the submission of the Case for Change for Local Government Reorganisation in Derbyshire to Government, be approved, and formal support for Option A1, be endorsed,
2) delegated authority be given to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, to make any minor amendments to the Case for Change for Local Government Reorganisation in Derbyshire and associated appendices, prior to its submission to Government on or before 28th of November 2025.
