RESOLVED that 1) the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the Council and the Portfolio Holder for Resources, be authorised to enter into an appropriate funding agreement with Ashgate Hospice, setting out the terms and conditions of the contribution.

2) an annual performance and monitoring report be presented to Executive detailing the use of the funding, service activity and outcomes achieved for Bolsover district residents, after each 12-month period.
