To consider the minutes of the last meeting held on 13^th October 2021

Councillor Natalie Hoy noted that she had been in attendance at the meeting but her name had been omitted from Members Present in the MInutes.

Moved by Councillor Derek Adams and seconded by Councillor Chris Kane

RESOLVED that subject to Councillor Natalie Hoy being noted as present at the meeting, the Minutes of a Planning Committee meeting held on 13^th October 2021 be approved as a correct record.
