The Hearing took place in accordance with the Council’s Appeals Procedure.
The meeting was adjourned at 1300 hours on Friday 27th September 2019 and reconvened at 0930 hours on Friday 18th October 2019.
Having considered the evidence presented to it, the Appeals Committee reached its conclusion as follows:-
RESOLVED that (1) the Appeals Committee had decided to uphold the decision to dismiss.
(2) the decision and reasons were to be confirmed in writing within five days,
(3) the appellant had the right to Appeal externally to the Employment Tribunal within 3 months.
