The Council has been allocated funding from Nottingham County Council for a domestic energy efficiency and low carbon retrofit project. The Memorandum of Understanding must be returned by the 2nd October to receive the funding. This deadline does not allow for the full 28 days notice of this Key Decision. To not meet this deadline would potentially mean missing out on the funding.
