Reason for urgency:
The Council needs to take pro-active action following completion of the Private Sector Stock Condition Survey. By adopting the Private Sector Housing Strategy and delivering the identified actions, this should generate marked improvements in the quality of private sector housing and improved management of the private rented sector.
