Reason for urgency:
There is insufficient time between the Executive meeting and the Government’s deadline for submission of Local Government Reorganisation proposals. The Council will be considering the proposals at an Extraordinary Council meeting immediately prior to the Extraordinary Executive on 5th November where all Members will be given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the report.
