To erect a heavy-duty scaffold crash deck to safeguard against falling masonry and structural integrity of Block A (Mill 1) and allow other sections of the Mill to re-open and address Derbyshire Building Control safe requirements. Due to urgency of the works to meet safety requirements, a supplier is required so urgently so as to preclude tenders. This item is exempt from Scrutiny Call-In.
