This was a legacy matter which had been overlooked with Dragonfly coming back in house. Contractors have been delivering the contract since January but the contract needs signing with formal Executive approval.

The Chair of Customer Services Scrutiny Committee has agreed that the matter is urgent and is exempt from Scruitny Call In.
