Reason for urgency:
The reason for urgency and the call-in waiver is that the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) extends and existing PSPO which expired on 25th October 2023. If the Order is not extended today the Council would be left without a PSPO and a new order would need to be created which will take additional time to put in place.
