Reason for urgency:
The contract with the electrical works contractor tendered for in 2024 has ended. In order to not cause further delay to void timescales and begin a new contract from 1st April 2025, to award the Electrical Works contract to Sureserve to undertake a mixture of void repairs, annual testing and capital works to domestic properties following a procurement process undertaken through EEM. This will be funded from budgets already within the HRA existing budgets.
