Speaking at Planning Committee
The Council lets applicants and people who have written to it about planning applications to speak to the Planning Committee. Each speaker is given 5 minutes but they must comply with the Code of Conduct for Speakers.
A decision on an application will not be delayed if any person who had given notice to speak is unable to attend the meeting or is not present when the application is being considered. For further information, download our advice note, Public Speaking on Planning Applications.
